Fortunately, the restaurant was not to busy, so we decided to eat in. Unfortunately I was unable to have my fave Strawberry shake due to a technical issue. The amazing Customer Services Rep Janet walked by and she bantered with our family and asked the familiar "Everything OK?" I stated my only disappointment was that I had no Strawberry shake. A few minutes later, Janet walked by and casually exchanged my vanilla shake for a strawberry, as she walked away I thanked her. Now that's service! As Janet came around again she saw my son had Pokemon Go and a conversation ensued, I invited her to sit with us whilst we exchanged Pokemon details and chatted. This lady is an absolute credit to the restaurant and because of her we will visit as regularly as we are able. I will of course add that cleanliness was great and all the staff as well as Janet were great! I visit here regularly and whilst yes there are times that it is crazy busy and I use the drive-thru, the food is always bang on!!

Visited at peek rush hour and my god it was manic. Queues out onto the main road for the drive through, car park full and plenty of people ordering via the touch screens in store. It was absolutely heaving. BUT I just wanted to say that the lady managing the store was an absolute superstar! She was running the staff like a full on restaurant. Shouting back orders and things she needed to complete orders, pushing the staff to work hard and keep up, yet while giving them constant praise and saying she's proud of them for getting the food ready and out in good time without dropping on quality. This is by far the best manager I've ever witnessed at a fast food chain!
