Taco Bell

Food can take a little while at times and can be a bit hit or miss if the rice is cooked properly (unless you like rice al dente...), but it's a great place to grab something to eat before a film or even just food out. Eating in is possible too although sometimes can get quite busy as it's not a big restaurant. Only other comment is that it would be nice to have a drinks disposal station, as the bin often seems to get a lot of drinks thrown in it and can get messy.

As a bit of taco bell first timer i wasn't exactly sure what to expect. This is a small fast food place. The prices aren't too bad, the food was fresh and hot and fast. A good variety and some cheaper snack options too. Felt quite clean and a pleasant enough restaurant to sit in for a while. Wish we had one closer.

Screen till didnt give me points for some reason and didn't print receipt to redeem points on my order of £40 for fam. I asked they were not able to add my points. They let you pick the sauces yourself witch I did and believe I compensated the missing points in sauces. I probably now7 have a year supply of hot sauce! 😋 happy to return them as feel slightly bad now.. if the owner would like to ask me in the next 48 hours then I will gladly do so. We are on holiday here and we dont have a Taco Bell anywhere near us, so this is a treat I am happy to drive 1 hour out of my way for.

Staff here are friendly but often so busy that they don't have time to interact with customers. On busy nights there are queues sometimes out of the door, and due to the lack of staff, wait times can be upwards of 20 minutes. Food is of good quality but the packaging doesn't keep it at all warm beyond a couple of minutes; useless for eating at home. (Microwaved tacos are... not good). Lastly, of their two self-service machines, one is frequently out of service. So, good staff but not enough of them, long queues at busy times and food that doesn't stay hot for long enough to get home.
