Lovely place, we had breakfast there and it was as good as I've had anywhere. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable too. My only qualm was that the large flat white was basically a latte.

Well, what can one say????? I’d never experienced this wonderful restaurant before tonight! (02/09/2022)!! The food is sublime, all cooked on the premises, by some excellent Chef’s!!! The Salmon Pate is to die for!!!! My personal favourite starter on the menu!! The Chicken Liver Parfait, is incredibly smooth!! The Lobster and Tiger Prawn Linguine is absolutely awesome!! The only downside to tonight is the lack of Cheesecake!!!! It’s that delicious, they’d sold out before we could get to it!!! Bummer!! Lol! Jess and her colleagues, are the friendliest people that you will ever meet, in ANY restaurant!!! The money spent, was absolutely worth every.single.penny! I will be back, WITHOUT FAIL!! Thanks for making our Saturday night so special!!! Big Love from the Big Man! 💚👍🏻👍🏻💯😎🇬🇧😁😁😁

Excellent service and food, but check your receipt. Having ordered our food, 2 adults and 2 children, the bill was approx £120, crazy I know, I paid and then wondered why it was so high, asked for an itemised receipt, Nd found £40 worth of additional food was added to our table. Refund was provided but they should know what was ordered as there is not a lot of them there. But still, excellent service.

We've been to the Oriel restaurant on Poole quay before. The food and the service is good and it's one of our favourite eateries. Turn that up a couple of notches and you now have Oriel Sandbanks. What a pleasant experience. The nicest food, the friendliest of waiting staff and a homely environment. We all had the tiger prawns with chorizo. A bit of a kick and very very tasty served with crispy bread. 2 of us then had the pork belly with scallops and 2 of us ate the seafood risotto. Both dishes were exceptional. Brilliant night with great friends, and in a warm and inviting restaurant. My Wife (who doesn't often praise eateries) says that this was one of the best meals she has had in years. Prices are reasonable compared to Rick Stein next door and the food is very comparable. If you're not sure and read this review. Please take my word for it. You will not regret it. Thanks Oriel.

Really nice restaurant. The inside was lovely, felt italian in the way it was done. The service was very good and we were well looked after. Food was lovely - the mussels were very fresh and very delicious. The sauce that they were cooked in was delicious, only downside was it needed parsley or a lemon slice with it and it would of been perfect. We had the burgers and they were OK, it was a 'naked' burger- only bun, meat and cheese ... it definitely needed something else inside it - like a relish or a sauce... the chips that were served with it were lush.

5 of us ate here in the early evening. It has a cafe come restaurant vibe. Really nice and homely. Staff are super pleasant and attentive. A good menu, and good portions. Options were given due to things being out on the menu. Good vegan and GF choices, which 2 of us had. Loyalty (coffee) card for regular attenders. This, or the sister establishment on Poole key are definitely on the list for repeat visits 👍🏻👍🏻 Fotos next visit

First time found this Oriel cafe & decided to take my Mum for a lunch treat there. Amazing food, friendly servers. Especially the guy name Brian. He is super helpful. Thanks for your fabulous food. We are very delighted and would be back again. As we lives in London. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍❤
