Visited earlier this evening (22/05/2023 approx between 7pm-8pm)
Only one person working, but it was very quiet in there, so I was served immediately.
The lad working greeted me, and he was very polite, friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was the only one (that I could see) that was working, so I hope these reviews get passed on to the management/store/staff, and he is recognised.
I’ve worked in customer service for approx 20years, and so I know how important and moral boosting it is to receive great feedback.
I don’t eat here often, but it is my local Subway and I have visited a few times over the past couple of years, and as far as I recall, I have always received good service and never had a problem with this store.
Great place to enjoy your food and I would recommend a lot !!!
Two young members of staff were extremely polite and professional on Sat late afternoon/early evening shift. It is rare to get such a good customer service and perfect subway. Will definitely return to this branch .
Ryan is unbelievable. Great quality sandwich and very personable. Subway is very lucky to have an employee like Ryan.
Today, they had a few staff on. Orders were carried out efficiently, and service from staff was good. Overall, it was a friendly welcoming store.
Brought 2 subs, young man behind the counter was very friendly and polite. Asked plenty of time's if I needed anything else and was very speedy and efficient.
Food was fine just got the impression that the staff were somewhat tired from being overworked and probably underpaid but that's subway for you like I said not a bad place all together food was fine

The young man serving was very patient and polite, really excellent customer service from him this evening (28/7/20). Shop itself situated next to a Tesco Express so parking spaces available. A small subway, not as 'attractive' as some but the customer service made up for it whilst we waited for our order to be made up.
5 stars just for Sab! Makes the BEST subway salads. I literally go about 3 times a week. Absolutely gutted he is leaving, wish him all the best! :-)
