Convenient parking not too busy around lunchtime. Some items were not available such as eggs, lemons, oranges.

My partner came into the mobile phone dept. this morning, worried because she thought her phone had been hacked. The young man there was really fantastic, checking absolutely everything for her, and was able to reassure her that all was well. All done quickly and courteously, and with excellent knowledge . Always absolutely fantastic. Has everything i need or want. Clean store, friendly and polite staff. Lemon and lime drink has gone up from 50p to 60p and now 70p within a couple of months. Other things prices are raising but getting that everywhere. Gotvto stay positive. Miss the part where you could buy a fresh cooked chicken instore. Fish counter has unfortunately gone. Fantastic Kiosk staff, always helpful. Toilets available. Open quite late. Upstairs currently being changed around so waiting to see what happens up there. Mobile phone store upstairs. Clothing for women, men and children, slightly pricey. They do not sell dvds anymore.

Similar experience to my local store. The 'Scan and Shop' was not busy and has more tills than Winchester.
A major plus for this store was for them not shutting down 'Scan and Shop' early which Winchester frequently do!

Its ok, its a bit worn out but they work hard and have good customer service. Always clean and good stock levels.
