I'll start with the negative... I can only imagine the number of bookings that have failed to turn up, or at least had the courtesy to tell the restaurant that they have changed their plans. I say this because the conditions when making an online booking are made very and unmistakably clear. This concerned me a little as to how the atmosphere would be when we arrived. However, now the positive, moments into walking in those concerns were dissipated. The restaurant has a wonderful cozy atmosphere and the welcome was warm and friendly. A beautifully styled and clean restaurant awaits that is immediately calming as you walk in off the high street. The service was prompt, answering all our questions, and met all of our expectations. Couldn't ask for better. Then the food... Considering we ordered the largest platter on the menu it did not take long to arrive and the presentation was delectable. All the items on the platter were deliciously fresh and although the portion sizes looked small there was more than enough to satisfy. Even for someone like myself who is not the biggest cheese enthusiast. The menu options are varied, so there will be something new and different to indulge in. So to sum up, we'll be back and if you haven't been you really should.

Visited the Poole Renoufs and booked a low table. The two of us had the ultimate board which had a choice of three cheeses and three meats plus pate, pickles, salad etc, and loads of bread and biscuits, and we enjoyed a bottle of Chilean Chardonnay. What a fantastic evening! Top of the world food and wine and we were looked after amazingly by Michael D who helped and advised us with alternative choices and information on the foods. I was on cloud nine when we left, and will say, it's got to be done and experienced, so don't wait. Do it with a friend or friends or even on your own - fantasticheeseymeatybubbly!

I definitely Will be coming back. We were a party of 8 on Saturday in poole . The food was amazing . My husband ordered a bottle of red wine . I said I would try it as I never liked red before but I found my love for red wine now. We will be back just the two of us but might be at the westbourne, it will be closer to us .

What a great place . There are several in the area and if you like cheese , cured meat , and wine , then this is perfect . If there are 4 of you , go for the mega board for £99 . It was just right ! Nice staff Friendly atmosphere Not much to fault it ! Four of us ate albeit one bottle of wine , for £180 . Not bad ! A great business model as well if you think about it ! Will definitely go back if I’m down that way again.

My friend and I had no idea of the experience we were going to have as we knew nothing of this bar - but we chose this on passing by, we we able to sit outside as it was a beautiful day, enjoying no traffic passing by! Grant explained the wine menu "flights" and we chose 2 so that we could taste 6 different wines - along with a baked Camembert, Chorizo and a basket of fresh breads. Absolutely delicious and a fascinating flavour journey. Loved it. Thank you Grant and Renoufs Cheese and Wine Bar in Poole.

Renoufs never disappoints for a special occasion or just because you want cheese and wine for dinner! Staff really do know their cheese and are happy to recommend the perfect selection so you can try a bit of everything! Also a great selection of wines by the glass and bottle, along with wine flights of all bodies and colours

Being French and living in England for nearly 5 years now... I can not tell you how happy I was when I came to dine in here ! The place is incredible, as is the staff and food ! Not to mention the wine ! Amazing ! I was able to eat cheese from back home I couldn't find in England ! The staff is very welcoming and friendly and they are very knowledgeable about there product too! I would definitely recommend it 😁
