Omg if your in port issac you have to come here amazing good at reasonable prices. I had a pannini with cranberry bacon cheese and I'm in love with it. Really lovely and friendly staff made my day alot happier.
Very friendly and very dog friendly as well. Unusual decor but totally in keeping with its location.
Dog friendly ice cream served for their delight and bones all made by the owners.
Nice atmosphere and very helpful staff.
Would I go again years no reason not to.
A real gem! We ordered the crab sandwich and the spicy crab club sandwich, both were delicious, excellent portions served with salad and a slice of lemon. The Krab Pot has a small, fresh menu to suit every body’s tastes; you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome, great service and food at a reasonable price. The also have a great drinks menu even extending to local beers and wines. The toilet facilities are also worth a mention, beach hut style and very clean.
Great location (center of village), great food (crab is wonderful & toffee pudding is delightful) & great service (fast & attentive) Plus free wifi. Not much more I can say.
Excellent pasties, traditional Cornish and other varieties. Also freshly made crab sandwiches. Lovely!
We stopped by on a morning exploring Port Isaac in the rain. The cream tea sign pulled us in and we were warmly greeted and sat upstairs with our dog. This place is very dog friendly. We received lovely service and a delicious cream tea. Thick clotted cream and thick jam for the warm scones. Jack (dog) was given fuss and we had a lovely chat with Emily and Jo on our way out. Would definitely come back here on our next visit.
Amazing staff. The lady even took a photo for us. We had scones with a pot tea and a coffee. All tasted delicious. So much so we are returning tomorrow before we head home to Wales. Lovely cafe in a beautiful setting
Visited today and had the spicy crab sandwich.
It really didn't disappoint us!
The bread was fresh, the sandwich loaded with sweet crab & fresh salad & there was just enough spice that it didn't over shadow the sandwich.
The shops clean, very quirky and there's a good selection of sandwichs and drinks to choose from.
Excellent location with easy access in the middle of the village of Port Isaac. Ground floor limited number of tables due to serving counter. First floor tables available. Service first class and food excellent. We had fresh crab sandwiches followed by Cornish cream teas. Excellent! Highly recommended.
For my wife and I this place is an absolute favourite. Their signature pate whilst not cheap, is absolutely to die for with local crab, horseradish and paprika. The couple that run the cafe are delightfully friendly and genuine. Dogs are made very welcome, so much so they sell homemade dog biscuits for them. Port Isaac is a lovely place and to then finish with a stop here is a great morning out.
