Just got back from what can only be described as the perfect meal out with my family. A 20oz mixed grill, 8oz sirloin steak, lasagne and bbq chicken melt all cooked to perfection which resulted in 4 empty plates. The cheese and garlic sauce was to die for and the desserts were a perfect finish. Compliments to the chef and the waiting staff
I've never had a bad meal here. Lovely people lovely food. Would highly recommend it. Staff so friendly and accommodating.

Looked a bit scruffy from the outside. The Sker Restaurant was brilliant. Excellent quality pub food, the chef cooks everything (except the scampi) and it shows. Typical good Welsh hospitality and prompt service. Da iawn!
Traditional bar menu with the twist of Caribbean food choices as well, for the spicy food lovers. Different meal nights through week, worth looking at. Food is lovely,not been disappointed on the few visits. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a visit.
First time here, had a lovely meal, the steak couldn't fault it, so tender and tasty, dessert, I had chocolate fudge which was lovely. Staff are nice and friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone, will call again
Recently refurbished and updated throughout, the Somerset arms also has an updated menu, featuring new range of Caribbean dishes alongside usual pub classics. The Caribbean dishes make an interesting alternative. Coupled with friendly table service and good car parking space, makes the Somerset arms a good venue for a lunch with friends.
Staying near by on holiday. Somerset Arms was recommended to us, as it’s close to the house we are staying in. The steak was cooked to perfection and the desserts were excellent. The service received from both Leah’s was exemplary, attentive and friendly. We are going back this evening.
Absolutely amazing food, have been a few times,had food off the Caribbean menu,also steak,and the carvery,the Sunday carvery is served until 6pm, which is a great if you are working Sundays, would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic food, reasonably priced, friendly staff and the place has been done out lovely. Light, fresh and cheerful would definitely recommend a visit 👌.
