The cafe has had to severely cut the range of food they are offering. Most of the cooked food has gone from the menu. The cafe, and staff are still maintaining the highest standards though so still happy to give them a fiver star review. Nic.

I usually come with family & have had a good experience every time
Generally mediocre. Waitrose have significantly cut down on what food they offer. The food is literally just heated up store food now, and it’s immensely underwhelming. Best go to Impero Lounge.
Always kept clean. Choice of beverages and cakes etc is always excellent. Discovered today that you can even buy a beer in the café, as long as each drink is complemented with food (tip: a small packet of biscuits counts!). Pleasant …
