Called in because of high ratings on Google reviews. I wasn't disappointed. 2 fish suppers were huge, well priced and the fish and chips were the cleanest I've had in a long time. However, I'm a salt and vinegar addict and after a minute eating there was none left. A minor gripe, given my wife loved it and was perfectly happy with the amount of seasoning.
Would I go back? Yes, in a flash. But next time I'd eat in so I could top up on salt and vinegar as I go 😂👌
Super tasty fish and chips. Be careful on the portions as these are quite huge.
Wish I had discovered this place earlier. Good portion sizes. Order prepared quickly. Everything tasted great! The two people working there didn’t seem the most energetic or happy to have customers but everything else makes up for that.
Best chip shop In Portrush, also does vegan food. I had fish supper, mushy peas tarter sauce and lemon, can of coke free wth meal
Good, tasty food, served quickly from an immaculate kitchen. What more could you want? Oh ok, all the food is local, cooked in healthy soya oil so great for sensitive tummy's. Think crunchy golden chips that don't leave your fingers greasy and no bloat afterwards.
Veg and vegan friendly and not hard to pay for. A perfect stop for my hungry family 😁
Travelled to Portrush to try this place and wasn't disappointed! Vegan menu is the best I've seen in a traditional chip shop, the vegan sharing box is an epic feast, but the vegan chicken fillet in particular is delicious. Chips are well cooked, lovely crispy chips. From a vegan point of view, well wort travelling to if you are craving fried food!
I have to say it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, reasonably priced food ! Always get nice crispy fish and chips with the side salad, peas and tartar sauce..Nothing to complain about
They have a lot of vegan things on their menu. I ordered battered veggie sausage and chips with gravy and vegan cheese. It tastes really really good. I highly recommend it.
Best fish and chip shop I’ve ever been to. Excellent quality fish, no grease and so cheap!
