A busy Friday night but we found a seat. The server checked that they had the haddock left before completing our order, which was good. They'd run out of curry sauce which I had been looking forward to, our fault for not getting there earlier! The pea and mozzarella fritter was a delight & fish was beautiful. Great portion sizes and they had scraps! Gave us a lovely sized dish full - very happy northerner!

We first went here a year ago and it's really good. The batter was light and crispy. The chips were nicely cooked. The amazing thing is that you wouldn't know that the batter is gluten-free, of which you wouldn't tell the difference.

Amazing food. The large cod was delicious and big piece of fresh fish. The large crab loaded fries was again a huge portion (definitely could have had the small as a meal). Great value and friendly service. Can’t wait to go back to try other things on their menu 👏🏻 £15 a head for x2 drinks, large cod + chips, large loaded fries, mushy peas and some frickles.
