The best place I’ve ever stayed. The location is excellent. 10 minutes by bus and you’re in the centre, the same with the beaches area. The rooms are small, but well designed, the food is delicious and the staff is so kind and attentive!
Lovely meal. Service excellent. Crab linguine was delicious. Only issue was disappointing pavlova that was just two cheap shop bought meringues and some jam. No peaches and not as described. Too hard to eat.
What a hidden gem. Stayed for one night but liked it so much would have stayed another if they had a room free! Fantastic, attentive staff, great value for money and a very comfortable room. Very dog-friendly too - our lab was allowed in the bar and in a section of the restaurant for both meals.
We decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was delicious, and the breakfast (included with the room) were both excellent meals.

We've been a couple of times for cocktails . Location isn't the best as being able to sit outside and see a road . But the cocktails are fantastic and would go again . Staff are very friendly and that's nice to see
Izzy, mex, Pompey and bonbon gave incredible service today, I had a lovely burger and a house IPA in an adorable deal. The burger was gorgeous and the service was impeccable, London level quality by the seaside. Definitely a must visit.
The new menu looks great. I tried the fire cracker chicken thigh to start, which was succulent and nicely spiced. For my main course, I had the prawn Goan curry, which was excellent, one of the nicest curries I've had, all the flavours were well balanced. Dessert was a light and not over the top rich sticky toffee pudding. Will definitely visit again soon as there were a few more choices on the menu I would like to try. Atmosphere was relaxed, and service was friendly and attentive.
Highly enjoyable experience. Nice take on what reads like quite an e eryday menu. We were pleasantly surprised. Bang bang cauliflower was a triumph.
Very good seafood pasta.
We were 9ffered water on our table on the way in which turned out was mineral water although tap water was available. . Didn't really appreciate that. Cocktails were good. . But too, too much ice in them. Brain freeze took over. Pina Colada shouldn't burst your head. ! All in all, an enjoyable evening in nice surroundings.
Lovely cooked breakfasts available at Becketts unfortunately not going to be available to the visiting public soon only people staying at the hotel.
A perfect place for our post wedding reception & 2 night stay. We had an incredible time here. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The rooms where really clean and cosy. We received five star treatment from the time we arrived to when we left. Pompi , Bon , Joshua , the entire team we fantastic! The food was also exceptional- compliments to the chefs! We cant thank you all enough.
