The person serving this evening when they were selling off their remaining pastries was very pleasant and made me smile with his kindness and enthusiasm, amazing customer service which that alone would make me want to return. The pastries were lovely and the place itself looks great if you want to sit in. I will definitely be visiting again in the future when I return to portsmouth! Thank you!
Karen was very friendly and extremely welcoming. Although I had some difficulty understanding the menu, her extreme patience helped me through it and I ordered a coffee. The coffee was very good and the temperature was just right!
Had a cornish pasty and coffee, to take away, nice shop, can't really comment t on atmosphere as did not sit in, but all looked alright. Pasty was nice and hot, though eatable, not burn your mouth, very full with meat and veg, unlike some places that are half empty or flat.
