Overall a decent standard green king pub. Well kept beer and tasty pub grub. Nothing amazing, but the staff are great and the place is clean. Although a chain pub, has the feel of a friendly local.
Grew up in Pompey and never been in here. I didn't realise how big it was. It's good to see it is like a regular. Lot of people popping in for a pint after work. As evening come lots of families. Excellent beer. Excellent food Great service.
You can get a sharing platter for a good price. The drinks are a bit expensive but the food is a good price and very good value for money. There is a lot of room at the back if you want privacy. I only found one toilet near the door...there may be bigger ones but didn't see. So not sure what baby changing area situation is like. Overall nice pub to pop into
