Lovely cafe. Lots of cakes for sale. Bottle drinks are available. Hot drinks also. Loads of seating are available inside. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Great signs/flags. Vintage games.
Don't let the cafeteria style deter you. The food is excellent. You must ask for the gluten free options because they are not posted. The chicken pot pie and quiche are both GF, so are the beans, and the fries are done in a separate fryer. So good we went twice. My partner had a tasty non GF sausage roll.
Indoor and outdoor dining, with full meals, snacks, and sweets available. Navy memorabilia, a shop, and a collection of historic, coin-operated (20p) novelty machines are here too.
