Really delicious, nutritious food and drink. Visited today with a friend and we really enjoyed our experience. Recommend the raw cakes they're scrumptious, especially the raw orange cheesecake. The added bonus was all the produce sold in the shop. Fantastic place, you must visit.
Love it! I eat lunch here once or twice a week and get lots of vegan goodies from the main shop. People will always talk about the high prices but until everyone jumps on the vegan bandwagon we'll have to accept that we have to pay more. Besides, good luck finding a healthy, hot, vegan meal, served in minutes and only £5! Super-friendly staff, awesome curries and soups, best little shop in Portsmouth (Y)
Probably the best place to go for fresh pressed juices, the staff know how to make them properly and I've never had an issue. They sell lots of healthy food and I'm grateful to have this store in Portsmouth.

First things first, I just want to say that this little beauty of a shop is one of the main reasons I managed to stick to veganism, they have been there supporting a healthier and more sustainable style of living for years, and luckily are a 2 minute walk from my house.
They have an incredible variety of niche foods, meat/dairy alternatives, as well as vegan snacks you'd only dream of, highly recommend this to anyone that is considering switching to Veganism or even Vegetarianism as a nice way to ease yourself into it.
They also do a fantastic job of supporting small businesses around Portsmouth, ordering in fresh bread and baked goods daily!
The ONLY hang up I have about this place is the cost, it's definitely a 10-20% premium on your standard food shop, however that's entirely down to the fact that they are doing things sustainably, they are buying niche non-mass produced foods, and they are a small local business, so it's not a complaint so much as a plea for anyone reading this review to buy more from here to they can scale up and make things a bit cheaper for everyone.

Amazing selection of all your vegan and veggie wholefood desires here! I picked up one of the grab and go raw cheesecakes today, it was STUNNING! Will definitely try more cakes and savouries. Friendly staff too!
Nice place, very helpful staff, good variety, can be seen as an adequate complement to (or even a replacement for) Holland & Barrett. The only con I see is the relative paucity of fresh products compared to dry and canned ones, and the fact that it can be a bit expensive.
Wild Thyme Health food shop on Southsea is such a great assessment to the city. Offering healthy takeaway food & drinks, organic vegetables & a huge selection of organic dry products with package free options,plus the staff have a wealth of knowledge!!
Love this place! They have a fantastic variety of freshly prepared foods, refrigerated, frozen and tinned/bottled foods and toiletries, you could do your whole weekly shop here. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly too. They have foods in here I've never seen before and I'm loving trying some new brands, so far they've all been great, they've clearly been chosen with care.
Yesterday I tried the raw vegan berry cheesecake, so good! And really pleased it was served in a recyclable box rather than polystyrene, they really follow the healthy/environmentally friendly ethos through.
I live 20 miles away, but this place is worth the trip.
Supermarket chains can't compete with the personal experience of shopping in this health food emporium, dedicated to serving the Portsmouth and Southsea community. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the homemade juices are to die for and I never leave the shop without coming away with what was looking for. The new zero waste area is comprehensive and a great addition to the shop.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a really great selection of products - many of which you can’t find anywhere else in Portsmouth. Their café section offers a great selection of smoothie, juices, food and desserts. Love it!
