We went here for a Sunday Roast and it was incredible. Lots of very good meat and tons of delicious vegetables (and gravy). In addition, it is 241 on Sunday so you can get 2 x beef roast dinners for only £20.

Having planned a night out, we looked for reasonably priced accommodation.
We found this place at what I would call the cheap accommodation price range.
There are leaks and damage throughout, but we got an easy checkin, a good-sized room with views of the solent, tea and coffee, clean beds and towels.
In this day and age, we all complain that something is not as good as you expect. I say thank you for the money it made me chuckle it was an experience 😄 and I would stay again.
This was my first time in Jolly Sailor. I Wouldn’t say it’s 5 stars from a luxurious perspective, but if you are like me, who spends less time inside, and wants something cheap with a fabulous view.. Then I recommend Jolly Sailor. It’s a 5 star for me.
Depending on when you dine here, can sometimes not have certain dishes on the menu, there is always some live music on weekends
Fabulous live music venue, good food and service, book a table early coz it gets really busy especially when there is a band playing.

Fabulous Xmas party night with La Chic tribute band. Lovely food (which was a nice surprise, as previous experiences of Xmas Party night food hasn't been all that great). Our party of 5 all had different menu choices & all enjoyed the food. The band was very professional & the dance floor was always full. Just shame it finished so early 🙂. We would definitely go again.

Very nice pub. Although we didn't eat there the food coming out looked very good. Friendly atmosphere, live music and quiz nights held here. Nice pleasant surroundings. Recommended.
