Excellent place for a stop after shopping 🛒 at Ocean 🌊 retail park 🏞️. Lovely environment and great range of desserts 🎂 and coffee ☕.

I'm not sure what keeps happening but everytime I order a free drink at Costa I get a medium? And it wasn't a special. Always seem slightly disappointed when grabbing a coffee at any costa.

Such lovely staff, always have smiles on there faces and work quickly to ensure your not waiting for ages! I've been meeting friends here weekly now for over a year and all the staff know our orders before we even say them! There always helpful with recommendations to get the most out of the app!

Staff are always friendly and efficient. Sometimes there can be a queue if you get there at the wrong time but other than that they are much the same as other Costa branches. They have done a great job with there COVID measures though now that they have changed the system to 1 door in and 1 door out.

Not been to this Costa at Ocean Park until today.
Open, modern and clean - but our table had other people's detritus on it and the table itself was dirty, so my husband asked if someone could clean it when he ordered our coffee.
The young man gave him a wet j-cloth!!
So, not only did we take the used cups and plates back to the counter, we cleaned the table ourselves!
Unusual experience in a Costa - it brings a whole new meaning to self-service.
