The best fish and chips in Portsmouth
UPDATE - Shortly after leaving this review, The Highland Fling became Ni Hao, and stopped selling fish and chips, which is a real shame, because they were great.

The food is tasty and less oily than others (on a good day).
The back pepper ribs are to die for... :)
