Used drive thru yesterday. Ordered 7 breakfasts, the lady that took the order was super polite and answered my questions about pricing. The lady that served me the food was also very polite and apologised for the wait which wasn’t even long considering I had ordered 7 items. The food was tasty and the hash browns were piping hot.

This time the service provided by the staff was nice, food was nice and fast service but was only because they had a visit from someone superior. Usually rude staff, long wait.

The staff here are super patient and friendly considering this place has heavy foot traffic and is only small. During peak lunch hours you are better taking your food to the park or somewhere to eat it as it gets busy. Difficult with buggy. There are wireless charging stations for your phone. During non peek times very relaxing. You can watch the world go by.

This Maccy D's is the McDonald's that provides the best food in Portsmouth. So far I have had plenty mayo and sauces on all burgers and fries have never been brown or dry. If I want McDonald's i make a trip to this one rather than the one closer to my residence

Food tasty but like most places now the food has gone up in price but the portions seem to be smaller.Staff friendly and efficient, quick service and clean.
