I believe the manager was very rude to customers when people were asking for the toilets. However the food was good and cooked fresh.

Went down memory lane with my burger ( tasted how I remember. ) really really nice burger. The only slight disappointment was no Knickerbocker glory or banana boat . You can't have everything. Highly recommended, in my opinion better than Mc Donald's and Burger King. Shame not more around would visit more often.

Lovely day down Southsea, with loads of places offering food of types. But myself and the wife were very impressed. We had to order using a self-order if we paid with a card.

I always like Wimpy - it's an English tradition. By the looks of it this one is staffed by some good people and the taste is as good as ever.
It's kind of a shame about the renovations though. Wimpy isn't just about food, but it's undeniably an experience of going back to "good old days". The older decor was part of that and sadly wasn't incorporated into newer designs.
