Still great food. Staff not as pleasant or the "Chick-fil-A standard" since the new management. Also, seeing the boxes stacked up under the kid slide is very tacky. Maybe they should be reorganized or use a advertisement shade to cover the mess.

This is the first ever hood Chick-fil-A. Where they say my pleasure with an attitude👌🏾. According to the Chesapeake Square location we have the Frederick location to thank for NO WELL DONE OPTIONS! The line is still long but now your fries and chicken will be soggy🗣 I understand the job of an owner operator is not easy at Chick-fil-A but don’t take it out on the customers who want their chicken well done. If you do away with one special request do away with them all! This location also doesn’t have treats for your 🐕. This is what the inside of a chicken sandwich NOT WELL DONE!

What is going on at this Chick fil a. The line is always long but we were in line 35 minutes. And some of my items were not in the bag. I was disappointed. I don't eat out often. This is my favorite food. I was disappointed.

I don't usually go to this location and going there today reminds me why. The drive thru is slow and one side always moves faster than the other, the food is sub par and they ALWAYS forget to put some item or sauce in the bag and look at you crazy if you go to make sure you got everything. Today was the worst, my grilled nuggets are covered in charred black grit and honestly inedible. The people at the window were joking around about other stuff and not paying attention, I bet my kids chocolate milk was given to another customer. I'll be venturing to the original Chesapeake square one from now on. The pictures say it all, not very ideal for 16 bucks worth of food, that is not pepper it is charred gritty nasty chunks of burnt grossness. Called to speak to a manager and I was asked to leave a message, seriously I think not. Explained to the very polite person on the phone that the grill needs to stop sending inedible charred food to drive thru customers, I'm sure that why the manager was busy.

The food is good, the lines are always long but the service is decent. They 10/10 forget sauce or any small items for your order, and if you attempt to contact the store you will be hung up on 100% of the time.

Love go there but they need to find way out when they bring your stuff and you still have to sit in line do your food cold when you get home and make sure you have everything in bag.
