Pizza came all jumbled up in box, when put back together looked like a piece was missing. Pizza and wings were cold not even slightly warm. This is the first time I've been disappointed in this particular restaurant.

Ordered online for later pickup for 530 showed up at 515 Pizza was in the warmer cooked but I couldn't pay till 530 so pizza was cold and didn't look like ot was cooked as much as ot should have been

This is my second choice of a pizza hut chain. Wheelersburg is my 1st one. Both locations always get my order right and the food is always fresh.

The pan pizzas we received (nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time) were warm, but the crust was tough, dry, and thin, and the cheese appeared dry. These were not like the pan pizzas upon which Pizza Hut built its business. The pan pizza used to be crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy under the sauce and the crust. This pizza was tough all over and the crust was thin and not crispy on the edges and bottoms. It seems a quest for uniformity and reduced labor demand in the kitchen has resulted in less than good pizza. Domino’s pan pizza has overtaken Pizza Hut for my favorite thick crust pizza.

There is a little hard working girl there and her name is Chasitee!
She's such a sweet person and always working hard to get everything done in the most fastest time possible she is very very nice and one of the hardest workers. She works hard to make sure every order is right and every customer is pleased! We need more people like her in this world. Thank you for all your hard work.

When you call to place an order you're directed to a call center and can't speak to anyone locally.This causes confusion about specials and rewards programs. This alone makes it not worth ordering just call Papa John's or Domino's.
