Decided to try Krispy Kreme for the first time today (2/8/23 @ 5pm). I went for the box of 12 for £12. I popped in there with my girlfriend and our 4 year old and the guy who was serving provided great customer service and was really friendly and he had a lot to do on his own but he just calmly and quickly dealt with it all while still not making you feel rushed. I wish more places had service like this. We will be back be back again soon. Oh and the doughnuts were delicious.

The place was outstanding, smiles, speedy service, jolly employees and a place to make your day. I loved the food I ate and this one place made my day and i’d definitely recommend it to others. This place was also very fascinating and magical because of a special man named Adil. Very joyful, speedy at making my order and made sure my order was made spectacularly.

Visited the branch in port Solent quite few times it was very nice experience with customer service specially the guy Adil who served us with very polite and very nice with kids he is the example of wise customer service we will visit again for sure 👍

This is an excellent store with tasty donuts. We live in London and visited the store in the evening of 28th December. The man at the desk was very very kind and patient even though the store was about to close in a few minutes. He took out all the boxes and explained the variety of choice - 4s and 12s and also explained the flavours to my kids. I will drop by the store in my future visits to Portsmouth. I d highly recommend this store to family and friends.
