subway is my go to comfort meal whenever I'm stressed now, and I end up ordering from this store every time. perfect quick delivery with no errors and always tastes banging, and the little messages and free cookies make me smile every time :] which is always needed because I'm usually not doing too great if I'm at the point of ordering a subway lol (got a deadline in 2 days, sub is keeping me going fr 🤙)

5 stars all the way. Deliciously tastey. Prompt delivery. Excellent customer service. I even had a hand written message on my box with a smiley face and a free cookie which made my day. Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing customer service when dealing with just eats mistake! I can not fault this subway in any way. We always order from this specific branch with no problems. Tonight just eat had failed to deliver 2 subway orders from a different store but when we ordered from the bridge centre branch and rang them to tell them what had happened they did everything they could do to get us our order. They even offered hand delivering the order to us as a last resort. However the order finally come through and it was still hot and packaged as normal. They also included some extras even though the mistakes were not made on there behalf.
Definitely will continue ordering and visiting this store!

I love this Subway. The husband and wife team are amazing and so hard working, as are the other staff. So friendly! Also when you get Subway delivered from here they give you a free cookie! 5 stars.

Had a very good experience here I was severd by baba and he made me an excellent wrap with extra cheese just like I asked and made my nachos exactly how I like hygiene was spot on thank you baba

The two lads who served me at about 2:30pm on Sunday 23rd Sept couldn’t have been friendlier, they were so polite and chirpy and it really brightened my mood. I also noticed when I got home that they’d given me an extra cookie on my order, although I can’t say for sure if that was intentional. I didn’t get their names but I hope they may see this or that the management might be able to figure out who it was. It’s not common to get such genuine customer service these days, especially in fast food. Thank you! X

Just received my order, which was delivered very quickly. Food was delicious and hot and especially loved the extra touch of the handwritten thank you notes inside which made me smile! Would highly recommend. :)
