Fantastic customer service from the young lady serving this morning. I arrived not long after opening and my choice of roll had not been put out yet. She asked me to take a seat and my roll would be prepared straight away by her colleague. You can't get much fresher than that.

Convenient small Greggs in local retail park. Parking is free here but often difficult to get a space at busy times. Currently takeaway or delivery only. 2 customers only in shop, which is a pain but it is very small. Good range of fresh sandwiches, coffee and baked bits.

Probably the best greggs in the area, staff are amazing and friendly as always. This team deserves some recognition and thanked for their hard work and dedication to the shop.

The larger size woman is so rude in there, i told her the chicken bake is cold, she responded in the most rude way and awful manners said its not a hot counter, if im paying for something i expect it to taste good atleast, whats her problem??

Punished for dare to ask my sandwich to be heated!!! I just payed an extra 2.20 just for heating my sandwich 🙈,one coffee +1 sandwich is 4,45 wich is fine but.....i asked for mine to be heated! Big mistake,manager (wich was very busy …

Queued up waited my turn 2 guys walk in and women proceeds to serve them and ignore me. Will not be returning and then there was egg shell in my sandwich
