Best breakfast ever! Everything on the plate was cooked perfectly the sausages were delicious (I'm funny with sausages) the toast was lovely too as was the jam and butter infact just everything! I would happily drive from Newcastle Upon Tyne to have this again
Love this place and always make a stop when passing. Friendly staff and the bacon butties are superb.. Didn't see the friendly little ginger puss this time... Always worth a visit...
This place is a hidden gem!! We visited here during Yorkshire wolds way hike this summer and it is absolutely worth the visit :)!! The garden is gorgeous and staff member were so lovely :)! English breakfast was truly marvellous and the eggs which they mentioned was from the chickens we saw in the next field tasted incredible. Tea was really nice and we ate the millionaire shortbread later as well which was delicious. Highly recommend this beautiful place :)!
Came by for a light bite. The cafe lacked a bit of atmosphere, but the staff were friendly! Limited parking at the front. The back had a very small shop selling chutneys, cakes, soft drinks, biscuits etc
Stopped here on my way home from a holiday in Filey, on a cold and rainy morning in September. The Caffe was warm and cosy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered fried eggs on crumpets and it was honestly the best breakfast I'd had all holiday. There's also a farm shop with all sorts of lovely things like honey and baked goods. If you're passing by and feeling the hunger I would definitely recommend this place 🙂
Me and my fiancee love coming to sally middle wood bakery the quality of the food and service is brilliant and we been to other places to try but we love the bakery and we will keep going back their 😁👋
Stopped by yesterday after a long car journey back home. Great coffee and cakes and very friendly staff. The rhubarb and cream cake 10/10.

Excellentay. Polite, courteous staff. Farm shop proffering a range of goodies, including large range of bagged meringues amongst other products. Large range of cakes and bakes. Lovely pastry items. Homemade, yum. Reasonable prices. Clean place too with nice loo. Would revisit as handy stop when returning inland from coast trips.
Easter Monday we called in for breakfast. Best full English we have had in a long time, lovely staff, warm welcome, busy little cafe off the A64. Worth a visit
Had a delicious lunch, a really good sausage sandwich, and the shop has an equally great range of local produce, preserves, biscuits, etc.
A small Cafe, Gift and Farm Shop, but beautiful produce. I only had time for the Farm Shop, but would love to try the Cafe another time.
Covid - one way system, due to tight space, use our common sense for Social Distancing which I found other customers did and very graciously, nice!
Car Park - free and part of the farm yard.
Staff - friendly and very helpful
Toilets - I did not test!
First time we had called into the bakery. Staff were lovely very helpful. The cakes are gorgeous we will definitely be calling in again
