Another pretty standard spoons a short walk from the Potters Bar station. The usual seating inside including a raised area to the right and a few tables out the front with everything clean and tidy. The staff were wonderful: very friendly and helpful. The Guinness was excellent

We often have breakfast in the Byng, fast friendly service, food is good. Curry night is one of our favourites, very tasty and good portions. Value for money. Also lovely for a quick easy salad for lunch.

The Beer was good. By that I mean well kept the staff were good too making sure the Beer was at the top of the glass when they served.

Really nice for the price, great value. Can't fault 5 bellies full of beer and food for £65. Lovely lunch.

Service is very good. Guinness is always top notch Clientele varies on the day. Visit every week from St Albans on the 84 bus. 5 mins walk from bus and train station. Return journey on 84 is just across the road. Definitely worth a visit.

It’s a very clean and organised pub. Considering the prices of the food and drinks (cheapest pub chain in UK I reckon‼️), it would be petty to grumble that the food isn’t gourmet ‘gastro pub’ standard & style. Great service also when I visited‼️

The pub is amazing there anything is that they need to get contract cleaners in there again to start cleaning the buildings that's the only thing is to cleaning they used to have contract cleaning in their and the place used to be spotless that's really really the only thing they need to get proper cleaners back in there

You know roughly what you are going to get with a wetherspoons, whilst this is not one of the repurposed buildings it is not a pub that has been around for hundreds of years so it suffers as a retail outlet below flats with only one wall with any natural light which isn't bad in summer as all the windows open to let air in but is dark and dingy in the winter months

A typical Wetherspoons establishment, with more outdoor tables and chairs than many. car parking is round the corner, (pay and display). Good cheap basic food.
