Very poor customer service , no pleseant interaction to make a customer feel valued or to want to return. Blunt and stern faced server who has no civil pleasantrys. Once I sat down this server Infront of other customers was all jokey jokey …
The most unfriendly coffee shop you will ever visit. I used to go quite often but these days it's for emergency use only. Like when the other shops in all of England are closed. New staff must be trained how to be grumpy and unfriendly, which is a strange policy for a coffee shop lol!
Always consistently friendly staff, great food and coffee.
Nice little spot for coffee in PB. Its all wood panelling and sofas, and people sitting with their Apple laptops. Staff are friendly. Coffee is bitter (not sure if this is a Nero trait) …
