I'm a regular user of this lovely cafe, they can suffer from.being too popular at times which is reflected in a.couple of the reviews. Arrive early and you'll have a brilliant lunch and their Sunday roasts are the best in Dorchester, for not much more than a tenner! The owners are always there and are great fun.

We were a party of 4 and all had different starters and mains and all agreed the food was amazing . Well presented ,good portions ,impeccable service and well the flavours- to die for ! What a lovely chap Matt is ,at the end of our meal had a great chat and put the workd to right ! To cap it all we had the whiskey / marmalade liqueur that matt makes , probably the best i have tasted ... Definatley go back very soon - highly recommended.

We popped into this cosy, little cafe, owned by a previous master chef winner, Mat Follis & thought we found a little gem! My cauli cheese & my husband's poached egg & bacon roll were both fresh, hot & really yummy! Would definitely recommend & are tempted to go back for a Sunday lunch☺!

Always enjoy visiting Bramble cafe, whenever I'm in the area. The Bubble and squeak brunch is a real delight 😋.

My wife and I visited this place as part of a Gin tasting evening, which included a taster menu. Matt was an excellent host he was engaging with his passion for Food, Gin and Foraging coming across. It's an intimate venue, service was just right, giving us enough time to eat and talk. The food was brillent, it really showcased his love of cooking. Most enjoyable well worth a visit.

Excellent food and service as always. Slow roasted lamb with loads of vegetables, cauliflower cheese and good roast potatoes. Very good gravy and mint jelly. Good sized portions too!! Cheeky hot chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. Can't fault anything!!

Stopped for coffee and cake on the drive back from Exeter to Southampton. Great service. Super cake. Nice coffee. Just beat the lunchtime rush, which when I saw their lunches arrive, made me want to stay for lunch too.

Felt a bit peckish and ordered some scrambled eggs. Wasn't expecting anything fancy. After the first fluffy forkful it was clear that I had in front of me, absolutely, without doubt, the best scrambled eggs I'd ever tasted. It came as no surprise, then, when the chef revealed himself to be a chap I remembered from Master Chef. This is a super café and a real hidden gem. Get there quick, before everyone else finds out!
