An absolutely gorgeous restaurant, beautiful decor and the friendliest staff. Really helpful with Thali first-timers and offered us lots of advice and help with deciding. The food was totally out of this world the best Indian street food since our last visit to Goa. All dishes were full of flavour and so well spiced. I cannot wait to visit again and am already planning my next Thali. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

We went here for my sisters 50th. The restaurant very kindly opened a bit earlier to accommodate us. 12 of us and 2 with prams! 2 vegans. All no problem.
The food was amazing as always and the guys couldn't do enough fir us.
We just asked them to bring Thalis and left it up to them.
They offered extra dishes of things we liked and brought extra naans without us asking. We loved it and it was a great day.
We have been here a few times and taken different friends and every time we get a great meal and a friendly welcome.
I would highly recommend trying this place

Wow! We went at Sunday lunchtime and had one of the express Thali's. The food was gorgeous and the service was great. We'll definitely be coming back!

This was my 2nd visit to Thali which reinforced the fact that the first visit wasn’t a fluke...👍
The food is fantastic , full of flavour with a wide variety on offer to suit all palettes. The service from Bilal and his team was nothing short of excellent. From recommendations on the menu to a couple of extra samples to try we were made very welcome with time spent with us, despite it being a very busy night. Overall a 5 star experience. I’ll most definitely be visiting Thali in the future over any other similar cuisine restaurants in Poynton. Thanks Bilal and Team.

I really enjoyed the food tonight. I had the Goan dishes which were all delicious. The service was great but I sadly couldn't give 5 stars for the atmosphere as we were the only people in which is such a shame.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Local Prestbury Thali not available on Deliveroo so ordered Poynton Thali. Food was amazing and delivered on time … definitely recommend and will use again

Yesterday I went to Thali with my family for a meal. It's beautifully decorated inside, the service is fantastic and the food even better! I ordered the Punjabi Thali. The food was full of flavour and very filling. My girlfriend got another platter and there was so much food!
Each dish tasted amazing and Bill even brought over a Bombay mix for us to try which was delicious. Such a lovely touch!
Overall I highly recommend going to Thali if you're in Poynton!

As an authentic Indian food fanatic, I was really happy to see the food truly held up to its name! Had a fantastic evening with my friends and we all loved the food. I will be back soon and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The food here is top notch. The dishes on the menu are hard to find in traditional curry houses. One of the tastiest, lightest curries I've eaten. Fantastic friendly service and a free tipple after your meal. Highly recommend.
