Came in 20th August @ 18.00 first time here, the staff were excellent and restaurant was very clean.
Everytime a customer came in they greeted them professionally and very polite.
If I could would like to give them a commendation for their service.
Hope head office read this and follow up.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it.

The temperature outside was 19° so the 2 lads with me said they'd prefer to eat indoors. They took a seat upstairs and waited for me to deliver their food to the table, at which point I found the 2 of them Freezing Cold as the Air Conditioning was on full blast and they said it was like sitting in a fridge. So we had our meals in the car instead.

Thank you to the woman who served me today (16th jan 2020) I’m pregnant and craving gherkins and she put a load on my sandwich for me and at the end without me asking put a load of gherkins in a little bag for me as a little surprise! Really appreciate it, such a lovely woman and great customer service!

Pretty much what you would expect from a Subway store, guy on the till the last time we went asked the same question three times even though we answered him, probably something to do with him chatting to his mates across the counter! It is what it is, nothing special but good for a quick bite.
