Perfect summer pub with an amazing garden and kid friendly area with views up to the hills.
Never eaten here but really want to.
Opening hours favour the weekend so check on timings if you visit early in the week.
Good beer and cider selection and the place is a lovely mix of modern Vs ancient.
I hear there are rooms beyond the 2 obvious ones?!

We had a family gathering there and we were well looked after by the staff. The manager there went out of his way to make it right for us. Lovely pub with character. Hope to go there for a meal soon. Thank you.

We both ordered the cheese + gammon pie, and it was so flavourful and beautifully presented. Will definitely be returning when I'm back in the area!

I went to a wake here so the atmosphere was appropriate for the occasion. It was a good venue as there are lots of private nooks and crannies to keep it for a wake and separate from other members of the public.
Food provided was just perfect and plenty of it.

Lovely friendly pub in a stunning location with beautiful garden and play area for kids. We sat outside but the inside looked cosy and authentic. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was good value and tasty. We'll definitely be coming back.

Really nice garden, ideal place to take a drink with friends. Large choice of beers, really kind staff.
Only one regret, food needs to be ordered not too late. Was not possible at 8PM.

Absolutely love this pub.
Staff are always so lovely and not to mention they love dogs. Gravy bones out for good dogs is always a good sign in my eyes.

Stopped for lunch. Brie and smoked bacon with onion marmalade filled ciabatta. Had the skin on fries on the side, with salad too. Hit the spot. Tasty , good portion size and friendly service. Liked eating near a toasty open fire. Could see outside there was a nice beer garden that would be great in the summer.
