Visited on wheelbarrow race/ carnival weekend, when finishing line and winner announcement takes place outside here. Didn’t have any food but drinks were great. Nice atmosphere. Menu looked tasty.
Our first visit for a pint, very welcoming bar lady Holly, plus other locals, met two venerable chaps with a host of stories on helicopter maintenance… these chaps still spinning plates at 77… hope I’m still as active when I’m their age.
The menu on the wall looked quality and we were advised to book a table and not just turn up.
