Iceburg

So i’ve been in preston for a while now and have tried burgers from many places but Iceburg seemed to have taken the top spot for the burgers and the loaded fire fries .. the quantity comes hand in hand with the quality of the dishes . Ordered a fire nashville burger and a holy hotness , Hard to decipher which outta the two was better cuz they just seemed to have had the right amount of spice and taste that wasn’t overwhelming or underwhelming.. Just on Point. Even the milkshakes were creamy and really tasty. The ambiance had a peaceful aesthetic to it. Gautam on the till was the highlight of the entire ordeal at Iceburg. extremely helpful and polite. also suggested which dishes would be apt based on our taste. Wasim too 👌👌 All in all it was a worth the time and price !!

Excellent Customer Service. I went in to try new dishes to ice burg and I ordered, which named Goutham was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. I am really impressed with the food, the food was very tasteful and he take care of my food was very hygienic. I am really impressed and recommend to ice burg who’s love the food

The Food here is exceptionally great, I along with my friends will visit the place again. I have been here many times now, I wasn't expecting the staff to shuffle, but it is what it is. Special Thanks to the best staff Gautham who took our best care while our visit. The staff here are really polite. The Drinks, specially the Kinder Surprise is just great and Yum. I recommend trying the Fire Fries too they are filling and delicious. Plus points on being a full Halal Food Place.

I've walked past this place a few times, this time I thought I thought I'd try it as it seemed quiet. Bought loaded chips with the peri chicken. If you see the photo you can see the presentation was spot on. The service was fast, and food was served with minimum fuss. The food was nice, spring onions was a nice touch. For the price however I think you should get a little something more. Other places will give full range of salad included in the price which would be a good healthy gesture. I'd try this place again to explore other options. Card payment accepted and decent seating area for dining in.

Went here today for lunch, and requested a gluten free burger, The guy came back with a non-gluten free brioche bun burger, and when we said we wanted a gluten free burger that we payed £12 for. He checked the receipt and said okay i'll fix it, He then checked stocked and came back with "No Gluten free buns" And said he will get the chefs to give her a lettuce wrapped burger. Then came back with the same patties, that was on the Non-fluten free burger. And gave us this.
