A Great British pub for sure. Every effort made to offer a vast selection of drinks for everyone, and delicious real food. Super atmosphere whenever you go. A definite pleaser.

Amazing!!! We attended this weekend, Lois looked after our party for a football evening for our children. Lois hired in a bouncy castle, did a BBQ and reserved our seats.
The lads played football for 8 hours straight on the huge grass area, football nets included. Thanks for having us, everyone commented on what a great spot you have out back, perfect for kids.

Had my 60th here last night. Absolutely brilliant. I went for the pies and pickles option. Totally delicious and excellent value for money. The room looked lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Made turning 60 a pleasure apart from the hangover!

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so nice and made a great service. I attended for Father’s Day and on a Sunday for drinks with friends. The garden is great for a drink on a summers evening. Overall a fantastic place to eat and drink.

Great garden, Staff brought deck chairs and tables out. Nice food, I had pulled pork, served in crusty sourdough bread bun from the specials menu. It was lovely. My friend had the prawn skewers. They looked amazing, ideal for a low calorie but very tasty meal. Felt a bit like we were on holiday. Staff were kind. Only thing is they stop serving food between 14.30 & 17.00.... Something to remember as very nearly missed it.

Haven't been here for over a year so was surprised to see it looking so nice inside - with little touches like flowers on each of the tables. Has been renovated since my last visit - and it looks good too. Was quite busy on my second visit on Friday evening which was nice to see. Garden looks great too. If you haven't been there and live fairly local give it a try

Nice surroundings, menus is a bit different, and food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented.
Lovely sheltered walled garden area, with a nice open but roofed area if it's a bit cooler.
I had a pint of Plungington Bitter. And very nice it was too!
Staff, attentive, but not loitering, friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to the Gin extravaganza!
Really enjoyed our visit, we will be back.
