Nando's Preston - Market Place

Was ok.. never been before and had a gluten allergy . Didn't have an option for gf bread or wraps . So had to just choose meat and veg . Bonus I could have the fries as they were gf. But disappointed in this day and age could enjoy a meal same as everyone I was with . Also couldn't order with the app had to go to the till so made me feel separate again due to the that. Needs to make us stand out less and more included and the same as everywhere else. Expensive as was 17.70 for chicken breast broccoli and fries and a coke..

My first experience of Nando’s and the staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Quick with the menus but that was then things slowed down. A ten minute wait for our drinks to be delivered to the table and close to 25 minutes for our food. The place wasn’t overly busy so we just didn’t understand and the staff could only apologise. When the food did arrive though I was very impressed and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a good atmosphere in the restaurant as well so all in all I was happy. Just speed up the drinks and food next time please.

You can’t go wrong with Nando’s I like their food, always nice and fresh. Not a big fan of the type of cheese they put in the burgers, but that is just personal opinion. Staff Always very friendly and happy to help all customers in everything to make their experience nice. Food: As I said always good. But I think there is room for improvement. The cheese the use for burgers for example not the best when it comes to burgers as it doesn’t fully melt. The coke I have from the machine is not fizzy enough, sometime a little on the flat side. Chips are always good. I tried their chocolate cake, but I was not impressed just like any chocolate cake you get the only addition was a portion of (cream) on the side (cream not ice cream). 😅
