The girls serving us were very helpful & really enhanced the Costa experience
They were very patient & helped my elderly friend download the Costa App & add on her "beans". She had been a little embarrassed re not being tech savvy.
The coffee was fine. We only had a toasted teacake

A well located, new Costa Coffee store- gets rammed but great coffee and friendly staff- they need to ensure 'Eat In' app order coffees are served in proper cups not served as a takeaway!.......
Also the app orders never seem to be ready- they prioritisd drive-thrus and walk-ins so little point using the app...
Free car parking subject to generous time limits...usually plenty of places to park......

Costa is always a good choice but Costa coffee drive thru at Queen's park is my favourite of all. Staff is always helpful and oh so kind. My happy place deffo :)

Informed us on entry that they were having to use the paper cups due to a dishwasher issue, but didn't alter the great level of service and attention from the staff. Busy as always but no issues. Always return here

I tried that ruby strawberry milkshake. It lacks sugar and flavour. Wouldn’t order it again. It might be nice for other people but I have a sweet tooth and I prefer a milkshake to be a little sweeter than this. It also needed more of a flavour kick.
