I was travelling home on what has now become a cold time of the year. I popped in for a coffee and the young lady who served me was wonderful. Made me feel very welcome and greeted me with a lovely smile and sent me on my way with well wishes. Such a nice experience. I popped in on the 24/10 @ 18:00 and it would be great if the lady in questioned was complemented on doing a brilliant job. Well done.
Amazing customer service! Teigan was a pleasure to talk to on a rainy day. She is a treasure to your team and deserves everything. Friendly, quick, and full of life is what that young individual is. Food and drink is reasonably priced for a train station too and tastes fresher than most.
Service was very quick, efficient and friendly. Atmosphere was great with other customers friendly and welcoming. Only drawback would be the stifling heat. It’s a muggy day and it was unbearably hot for the short time I was in there so I feel for the staff near the coffee machine with no working air-conditioning.
I was served by Ash, My service was fast and efficient giving me plenty of time to catch my train without any stress. He went out of his way to tell me I could make my purchase cheaper by creating a meal deal, which I really appreciated, thank you! Great selection of food and drinks, really enjoyed my experience, I would highly recommend!
Very friendly staff and fast service, definitely made my morning routine much easier to follow through. I would usually get a drink on my way to the station, but that's changing now!

Great service, coffee is great. Expected price for a train station. I don't know about the food. Not much vegetarian option apart from sweet things or vegan alts. Over all great service. I come often when travelling to work for coffee.
