Very polite staff...cleared away regularly . staff asking if you ok.. If you needed anything brought to you..brougt sauces to our table. Never had that anywhere else..micrst one ever

It was absolutely packed out here. Despite that the staff kept a cool head and got our order correct. We had to wait a while, but that's to be expected with so many people there at once.

Really slow service, ordered on the app, waited in the car park for at least 15 mins for our food.
Then got no milk or sugars with our hot drinks

Always have to sit outside with my dog. There were bowls of water for doggies and the tables and outdoor area was all clean and free off litter. Wish I could say the same for many of the other branches we have visited.

Best McDonalds I have had for a long time. Although the fries could have been a little more golden. Restaurant and drive through were extreemly busy but we were served in a timely manner. Lobby staff very engaging with all customers

This time ended up in peak lunch time, there was a bit if wait. But vegan dippers were nice, my son enjoyed his meal thoroughly.
But vegan dippers are everywhere in burger and wrap.... Needs to improve vegetarian and vegan options.
Veg Burger comes with few leaves of lettuce snd a bit of mayonnaise... a let down..

Genuine first class fisheries.
I think somebody dropped radiation into the coarse lakes. Roach, Bream, Tench, all on the large size, and plenty of them.
This is one of the lovely Carp at 13lb.

We visited the place today 25th July approx 3pm ish. As I was carrying out the order on the machine my two year old was kicking off with Dad wanting me. A lovely lady staff member soon came over and gave her a flag. She loved it. However soon enough it ripped and soon lost Intrest and carried on playing up.. Next thing the same lady came over with crayons and paper. This worked a treat and she even replaced her flag a few minutes later when she saw it had ripped. The lady was lovely.. Told me how she's a mum to 9 and 14year old and knows what it's like (think that's what she said) . The lady went above and beyond <3

Lovely little trip. Children enjoyed the colouring and the ipads. Lovely atmosphere with lots of children eating and playing. Visible staff, impressed.
