I bought food here two consecutive days and the experience with staff was great! One evening they sold me food although they were closing as my train was delayed. The second day they offered me a warm sandwich to fight the cold. Thank you so much!

Rain or shine, no matter the mood, Donna ensures my commute to work every day begins on a positive note. Whether it’s remembering my order, taking a genuine interest in my week, or running out of her way, to pick up a tea bag when stock is low, to ensure I get my daily order, these people make a genuine difference to my day. Genuine people delivering optimal and personal service.
All staff here work hard to make the their customers experience better throughout the day!

I recently visited this cafe and I must say, the experience was exceptional. I should say they have got a best crew, especially Prerana. She welcomes us with her beautiful smile and makes our day splendid with her coffee and baguette. The attention to detail and passion for her service was evident in every sip. I highly recommend this cafe for anyone seeking a memorable coffee experience with a great bar music to start off their day.

Our train was delayed and there was no place to get water. Ester, Paul and Rupesh had already closed the shop and cleaned up but we knocked on the door and they were so lovely and unlocked the doors to kindly fill up our water bottles.

Super little historic station of Preston where the vibes are good, staff happy and cheerful rain mainly or shine .
Rupert belfrage says delay your journey a bit and feel the weight of War times when thousands and thousands of our troops came back to receive warm hospitality.
