I love Pizza Hut. My 1 star only reflects the Preston Idaho branch. I have never had so many inconvenient issues with ordering food. There online ordering NEVER works, they NEVER have the pizza we want (stuffed crust like come on). And there so behind even if there’s only two orders on there wait time. So cause of there issues I have to take my Business else where. When I order pizza it shouldn’t have to be a chore. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Used to love these guys, but whoever is running it now is horrible! Every single time we've ordered they get it wrong, or forget something. This time they brought us an empty pizza box and some wings. Forgetting the two pizzas, and bread sticks we ordered. I don't think the manger knows what she is doing. Every time I've called she can't figure out the computer stuff either. Oh and their compensation for getting it wrong all the time.....a bottle of soda. 🙄

Ordered pizza for takeout on New Year's Eve for lunch. When I got to the store, the manager Kayla was only employee they had. She was fast, efficient and it was the best pizza I've had from here in a long time! When no one else wants to work, this girl was working her tail off to make sure everyone still haf a good experience. Thanks Kayla

Alfredo Sauce Not Taste Old And Burned. Delivery Not Have Fees But Have Cost Of Gas For Delivering. Which I Go Out My Way To Tip The Driver More Than It Says.

Gotta say I prefer Dominos Pizza and Pasta. HOWEVER you guys have one thing better and that's your wings they are so good. My complaint tho is whoever is in charge of the website and app. Can you guys change it so you can deliver to Franklin? I know you guys deliver here again. Yet I have to do a call in order everytime cause it won't work for delivery on the website or app. Please change that and I definitely order more from you guys.

A great experience all around! I ordered 7 large pizzas online a few hours in advance for a Saturday evening pickup. The order was ready at the scheduled time. Service was friendly. They got everything right, including the 6 different kinds of pizza. And the pizza was delicious!
