This is the first time I've been in this branch of Starbucks. It's bigger than I thought it was. It's light and airy and the staff are polite and very helpful. The girl who served us without me asking said to me and my parents to sit down and she'd bring our coffees over. I will definitely be going in this branch again. They were busy when I went in with my parents this week. They forgot my dads coffee. As soon as he mentioned it they immediately made it for him.

Now being regulars at Starbucks on Preston Docks (Morrisons) I want to say how helpful Curtis was yesterday when we enquired about a rewards card. Extremely helpful, courteous & a pleasure to talk to! Really took the time out to explain everything on how it works & with a lovely smile! Oh ... the coffee was very good too! Well done Curtis, a refreshing change to see someone who looked genuinely happy at work 🫶

Loving the iced dragon fruit and acai, and strawberry drinks, very fruity and refreshing. The croissants and muffins have various options to choose from and my dairy allergen granddaughter had a banana and caramel muffin that went down fast.

Incredibly impressed with the very thorough cleaning done after each table was vacated. Staff were friendly, upbeat and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

It's a coffee shop that sells great coffee. You can chill here, relax, meet up with friends for a catch up and you feel welcome.
