Reds Restaurant

Booked for a family get together. 10 adults with varying tastes and likes. Everyone in the party was well pleased with the meals. Great menu choice. The haggis fritter starter was very popular with our group as was the chicken crepe main course. Service couldn't be faulted. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends.

Top marks for this cosy little restaurant. There's a simplicity here, its the kind of place that just feels right, it works. Good food with excellent service at great value. The decor is modest and homely. The service was excellent, the enthusiastic young staff seemed to be enjoying their job and doing it very well. The menu has a different take from most restaurants and we all liked its layout. Theres not a huge selection but theres certainly enough. The food was served in a timely manner and was an attractive, vibrant and tasty affair. We all enjoyed all our meals tremendously (didnt order deserts so cant comment) and look forward to trying more in future. As with most places they need some tastier rose wine, note to manager get some black tower or rockridge in and will be a good job well done and you'll be doing better than all the other places in Prestwick 👍. Try this little place out, if you dont want overly fancy but you do want good varied food at great value you wont beat Reds. We will be back soon 😎✌

Great food for the price. Good choice. We were particularly impressed that the house wine was £5 per bottle less than other similar style places in Prestwick and Ayr. We'll definitely be back. Apparently though, the menu hasn't changed for years apart from the couple of specials on the board. We may run out of choices. But as this was our 1st visit, that will be a while.
