Powdermills Pottery, Primcetown, Yelverton - Princetown - Photo album

Loved it , I'll probably say I've had the nicest cream tea ever , very nice place and service. Would definitely recommend
Passed by this while walking out of the Powder Mills and decided to stop in. What a lovely place! It's a handmade pottery studio as well as a cafe offering homemade cream teas, cookies, and cakes that were delicious. There is also a small exhibit about the Dartmoor hill ponies and they sell horse me
Lovely setting and perfect at the end of a walk on Dartmoor. Also on a busy weekend it was quiet and retained its charm. The pottery is lovely and the jam and scones delicious. Lovely people running the place too.

Such a wonderful place. Delectable cream teas in a stunning location filled with history. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. This place has a very special feeling to it. A joy to visit.
The best cream tea for miles around either savoury or sweet! Stunning location. Lots of interesting information about the Dartmoor ponies. Lovely pottery to buy. Fantastic proprietors
Absolutely worth a little detour! We really enjoyed the pottery and Joss explained the process of making and firing pottery to us. We were really pleased to eat delicious scones and had good tea, served on beautiful pottery made there :)

It can be off-putting to try out such an isolated place, but the people were cool and it's very relaxing. You can also buy local pr
Very cosy cafe with alot of very reasonable priced locally made items for sale. Although hidden far from anywhere everyone was very nice. Lovely place to have a cup of tea and start a walk from. Dog Friendly.
Easy to miss and worth a little detour this is a delightful little pottery serving delicious sweet and savoury home made scones and other home made fare. Lovely friendly owner!
I had a lovely home made cream teas 🍵 here from their own made pottery. A small interesting place.
Good value snacks etc, nice people. Interesting history of gunpowder production in the 19 century. Pottery and wood products well made and artistic.
Very friendly owner. Extremely tasty and good value cream tea.
Fantastic coffee & scones. Lovely collection of art for sale.
Nice little Pottery and Craft Centre in the heart of Dartmoor.
I am so grateful to live here!
