stuff called Brittany i hope i written her name nicely she's always smiling and very helpful 😊 A great atmosphere for kids plus it’s great value for money. Highly recommend

This is a great place for a pitstop while charity shopping down the high street. It has been refurbished and now it is a much more pleasant place. Often, machinery and or facilities are broken but its still a solid place for a drink. It’s a Costa, its good.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had too in this case !! One of the best Costa in this area. This is gem of purely. Don’t let the small amount of negative reviews steer you away from this costa. The atmosphere is wonderful. I was helped by two servers called Munna and Sharmin which were 2 of the most lovely, polite and helpful people. Who clearly care about the business. I Only have positive things to say about this place. And the coffees are great as use to be……

I visit this branch regularly and it is one of my favourites. Mainly due to the super welcoming and friendly staff who always have a smile for their customers.
The branch is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I only ordered drinks for takeaway, but friendly competent staff. There was a lad in there, early 20's probably. His first day, but was chatty and eager to learn. His supervisor was like an octopus and by this I mean she seemed to have 8 arms and hands, whilst also trying to teach. Definitely go again.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Always get my coffee right and make it perfect. The place itself could do with a bit of a face lift it's a bit old and dated inside and you can see that many things are broken and lights don't work and the chairs and tables are a bit dated. Feels like it's an old dated pub which I don't think that's the look Costa are going for. It's clean but just dated. I think Purley could do with a decent looking coffee shop and maybe the clientele which go in, may be better.

Good to see it busy. Good to see lightbulbs all working as these things make a difference to a venue. Manager very attentive and good staff atmosphere. Looks like they enjoy what they do. Sign of things to come

Jasmine is superb in customer relations - had a minor issue with being shorted in my takeaway coffee. She resolved it by asking me to come back the next day for a refill. Great standard costa coffee

They have the most comfy sofas ever in here! Plus, the WiFi actually works. Lovely friendly staff, everyone was working hard. They were in the middle of dealing with an emergency when we arrived, but they were all calm and professional, and weren't discussing it together.
