Ordered on the app for a takeaway, took a while to collect as it was so busy - not their fault.

Decent KFC and the food is solid, some interesting characters around at night though, including the staff. They also close off the seating area almost all the time. Try Selsdon KFC if you want it to be quieter.

For some odd, yet scurrilous reason, my mind doth wander toward the stringy sounds of the song "Knights in White Satin" on every occasion upon which I think of this KFC. Yoinks and away!

the manager veronica gave us excellent service, very friendly, helped us save money to chose a cheaper meal option which was better for us. i’ll definitely be coming back here and recommend anyone who likes kfc purley is the one!!!! thank you veronica

I came in I ordered from my app but it was playing up so me and my boyfriend went into kfc showed them that I paid for it and the staff called there manger in she said that they are always problems with the kfc app she couldn’t see my order she said that she was going to bag up my food but try to call someone because the app was down as we waited she asked if we wanted any to drink for us waiting we eventually got our food the manger was so nice and very friendly

Sitting area is good but the self kiosk has failed to print out receipts so you can't show the staff when food is ready.

Most fresh chicken wings ever, but not staff available so it’s a mess everywhere in the restaurant. Nobody have time to brush

I had a great experience ever, everything was great apart from the ordering machine in store, it failed to get the customer order number receipt and if you're eating in you are supposed to take one of the tokens number beside the machine, and there wasn't any. I think they hadn't collected them from the tables. Other than that it was a very good experience ever.

The food is tasty and the rice box is definitely worth the money! The seating area is nice and I like the décor. The service is also quick.
