It's always been a fairly standard Costa but the last few weeks it has smelt like a urinal. The smell has been getting stronger, to the extent that today when I went in I had to walk straight back out without a coffee as I thought I was going to be sick. It's such a weird problem, and it baffles me that it hasn't been resolved.
Very quick and easy despite it being rush hour.. Plenty of nice cakes on offer. Very friendly and helpful staff
Went in today and bought a coffee that I didn't end up liking. A lovely lady called Emily took the time to find out what sort of drinks I like, and now I have found my all-time favorite. Great customer service skills; I will definitely return.

Service here was fairly slow for an afterwork time as only one barista taking orders and making drinks.
Very nice Costa coffee and perfectly located for before or after drink following a visit to tesco. Clean, good coffee and a nice sitting area. Coffee was good and hot
