Been for a meal tonight and it was steak night. Couldn't fault it. The service was fast and staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. You get 2 steaks and a glass of wine each for £25. We had to have a desert.....dont normally but couldn't resist. The brownies are to die for. Definately value for money. Will be eating there again very soon. Well done The Royal Oak

We held our ruby wedding anniversary lunch at The Royal Oak yesterday. Our 18 guests were all very impressed with the quality of the food and service, as were we. I was especially struck by the patience and co-operation I experienced when organising this event. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you very much.

What a pub! Chris puts this place at the heart of the community. Look at how he transformed the pub to turn it into the Gingerbread House for the village carnival! Highly recommend!!!

The food was from a Food festival that The Royal Oak put on. The Royal Oak has been a great asset to our village of Radcliffe on trent. Chris and the staff organise fabulous themed night.

The Manager is making the Oak the hub of the Village and supports many of the local groups who have thier meetings in the pub, in a set off area. There is a good atmosphere and a good selection of Real Ales.

Fantastic good old honest pub offering a decent range of mainstream drinks and the odd guest ale. Plenty of sports and a bit of entertainment including pool and darts. They don't serve food but allow you to bring in various options from local posh burger and pizza van which occupy their car park time to time. Very friendly staff.

The beer is excellent, there's sport on the screens and the service is very good. They don't do food currently, although lots of old reviews mention it. However they don't mind if you bring something to eat from nearby

Stopped doing food.but doesn't mind u bringing in outside food while u r having a drink. Has bingo.quiz nights and entertainment nights. Great atmosphere.pool.darts. People are really friendly and the owner and staff are polite and helpful. Really enjoyed the few times I've been there so far.

Great dog friendly pub with treats on the bar for four-legged friends. Great selection of beers and wines, all very reasonably priced. Bar staff very friendly too.

Well used pub with friendly staff. Lots of screens with the football on. The toilets weren't very pleasant though.

Really nice pub. I go here to treat myself as the food is so good! The staff are lovely. Very welcoming and happy to accommodate most requests. There are several pubs near by but this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Kids are welcome and when there's a sporting event, the screen(s) are quality and the atmosphere is excellent. Can't rate The Royal Oak highly enough...!
