We didn't eat, we were here for an event for MIND charity. From arriving to leaving we can't fault the service and friendliness of staff. We had a fabulous day/evening and will definitely be back.

Been here a couple of times. It's a really nice venue. The food is great as is the service and staff.
The last time we were here was for my mums wake. The staff were really helpful at such an incredibly difficult time, they took really good care of us and all who came to raise a glass in mums memory.
I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Stayed here a few times and always great but found out last night they are in administration.
Problem with locks on the door to get in the room.
The biggest problem is with the water and thermostats. Could not use the shower as was scolding hot and would not regulate.
I hope that these issues are resolved soon as it's a lovely place to stay and set in a great location.

I have used this hotel and restaurant twice and booked my next stay and would recommend it. A very pleasant hotel. The staff are welcoming and the food is very good. The surroundings are equally pleasant.
